La fiscal\u00eda ya se encuentra investigando el caso. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recientemente en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n se report\u00f3 el robo de un cami\u00f3n, que transportaba medicamentos valuados en m\u00e1s de 8 millones de pesos en la <\/span><b>Aduana del Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(AICM).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con los primeros informes, el acontecimiento sucedi\u00f3 cerca de las<\/span><b> 8:00 hrs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sin embargo, a\u00fan se desconoce si los actos fueron en bodegas aleda\u00f1as o dentro del AICM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante los sucedido, el AICM afirm\u00f3 no tener conocimiento de los hechos, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se pronunci\u00f3 sobre la informaci\u00f3n del acontecimiento por parte de los agentes de transporte:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHasta el momento, no se cuenta con ninguna informaci\u00f3n o comentario de las asociaciones de transportistas, agentes aduanales, agentes de carga o cualquier otro actor dentro de la aduana que permita afirmar que dicho evento ocurri\u00f3 dentro de las instalaciones de la aduana en el AICM\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, indic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element transporte de carga de mercanc\u00eda que requiera entrar y permanecer por tiempo prolongado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que las mercanc\u00edas de comercio exterior son despachadas de la aduana, la responsabilidad de su custodia y resguardo es de los importadores, transportistas y todos aquellos actores que intervienen en su traslado\u201d,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> detall\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, se anunci\u00f3 que la<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/vanguardia.com.mx\/topic\/-\/meta\/fiscalia-general-de-justicia\"><b>Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia <\/b><\/a><b>(FGJ) <\/b><span
