marca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualmente la regulaci\u00f3n de los medicamentos gen\u00e9ricos est\u00e1 regulada por la Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra los Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris) y la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, estos se encargan de la calidad, seguridad y eficacia de todos los medicamentos del mercado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que un medicamento gen\u00e9rico salga al mercado y sea adquirido por la poblaci\u00f3n mexicana, debe demostrar a trav\u00e9s de rigurosos estudios que es bioequivalente a su contraparte marca<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recientemente se implementaron modificaciones a su normativa regulativa, permitiendo mayor disponibilidad de opciones en el mercado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las modificaciones recientes a la <\/span><b>NOM 177<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> destaca una mayor agilidad en el proceso de registro de medicamentos gen\u00e9ricos y biosimilares, esto puede ayudar a que los medicamentos lleguen m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido al mercado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los cambios abarcan la armonizaci\u00f3n de regulaciones con est\u00e1ndares internacionales de calidad, lo cual asegura que los
