La resistencia puede estar o no relacionada, si bien se pudo presentar otra infecci\u00f3n subyacente. Se atribuye que 141,000 muertes fueron atribuidas a la RAM, lo cual representa el 11.1%, del total de muertes mundiales relacionadas a RAM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los cuatro s\u00edndromes infecciosos que causan m\u00e1s muertes en el regi\u00f3n fueron: 1)Las infecciones respiratorias (293,000 muertes), 2)Las infecciones del torrente sangu\u00edneo (266,00 muertes) 3)Las infecciones intraabdominales (181,000 muertes) 4)Las infecciones del tracto urinario (80,000 muertes).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los cinco pa\u00edses con mayor tasa de mortalidad asociadas a la RAM fueron: Hait\u00ed, Bolivia, Guatemala, Guyana y Honduras. Mientras que los pa\u00edses con la tasa m\u00e1s baja fueron: Canad\u00e1, EUA, Colombia, Cuba, Panam\u00e1, Costa Rica, Chile, Venezuela, Uruguay y Jamaica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En pa\u00edses como M\u00e9xico, Chile y Per\u00fa es necesario comenzar a desarrollar una administraci\u00f3n y vigilancia estricta, debido a que el \u00edndice por muertes infecciosas comienza a crecer de manera gradual cada a\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras la publicaci\u00f3n de las estimaciones de la carga mundial de la RAM bacteriana en enero de 2022, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthdata.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el IHME<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lanz\u00f3 una herramienta de visualizaci\u00f3n interactiva para ayudar a concienciar sobre la creciente crisis de salud p\u00fablica. El IHME tambi\u00e9n elabor\u00f3 informes pol\u00edticos para cada uno de los 204 pa\u00edses y territorios estudiados.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
